3-Day Advanced Commercial Vehicle Calibration Masterclass

This is not a “map pack walkthrough.”

This three-day, hands-on masterclass is built around how professional calibrators actually analyze, reverse-engineer, and modify commercial vehicle calibrations by understanding OEM control strategy before making changes.

Covering both on-road and off-road calibration applications, the course teaches a structured methodology you can carry across unfamiliar files and multiple OEM platforms instead of relying on guesswork or memorized map changes.

You will learn how to:

• Compare low- and high-output OEM calibrations to identify meaningful changes
• Understand torque, fuel, and air control as structured by OEM engineers
• Locate critical maps in unmapped binaries
• Make safe, intentional power changes while understanding protection strategies
• Build and validate professional overlays in WinOLS
• Locate and understand DTC tables and fault strategy
• Transfer calibration methodology across Cummins, Detroit, and Volvo platforms
• Apply the same reverse-engineering process to unfamiliar files and real-world calibration work

This course is designed for beginner to intermediate tuners who want to stop guessing and start understanding how calibration strategies actually work.
